CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(JUD) "An Act relating to the                                              
recovery of punitive damages against an employer who is determined                                  
to be vicariously liable for the act or omission of an employee; and                                
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                               
1359. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being                              
no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                          
214(JUD) was adopted.
